Shipping policy

Delivery

• Free tracked UK delivery on every order: mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.
• Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
• We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most parcels arrive within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
• We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email hello@limberpaw.com with your order number and we will sort it out straight away with a replacement or a refund.

Address changes

Email us as soon as possible after ordering. We can change the address up until the parcel is dispatched.
