• Give it up to 90 days from the day your first pot arrives.
• If your dog isn't getting up, walking or climbing more comfortably, email hello@limberpaw.co.uk with your order number.
• We refund the full price of your order. No forms, no return postage, no questions.

The promise applies to your first order, whether it's one pot, three pots or a subscription. It's the same promise for every customer, because it's the same product in every pot.
