Delivery

Free tracked delivery on every UK order. We dispatch within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Subscription deliveries

Your next pot ships every 30 days, on the same date as your first order. You can change the date, skip a month, pause or cancel from your account page or by emailing hello@limberpaw.co.uk. Changes made at least 2 days before your next shipment apply to that shipment.

Returns and refunds

The 90-Day Promise: feed Limberpaw daily for up to 90 days. If you don't see a difference in your dog, email us with your order number and we'll refund the full price of your order. You don't need to send anything back.

Damaged or wrong item: send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, your choice.

Changed your mind: unopened pots can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Email us first and we'll send the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 working days of approval.
